I was so glad that Kayley and Dan were able to have their Engagement Photoshoot in Bluebell Wood with their puppies when the flowers were at their peek. When they asked if they could bring them all – a Chihuahua, Samoyed and an eight-week old adopted puppy Rocky I was beyond happy – if you know me than you know I have a massive weakness for all the dogs 🙂
We took a walk through the woods, into the fields and stopped for a few more photos when we found ourselves surround with the blue carped of gorgeous bluebells. Although there was a bit of rain the night before and the ground was a tiny bit damp – we came prepared with blankets to sit on.
Here are some of my favourite photos from this pre-wedding meetup in a beautiful wood just outside Leamington Spa. Thank you Kayley and Dan for allowing me to capture you and your little family in such a beautiful place.
What is it about Spring that makes us so happy? The days are slowly getting longer. The sunshine starts to feel warmer. It’s a time of newness. New beginnings.
Spring in Oakley Wood is especially nice with the tall trees getting greener, blooming bluebells, growing rye fields and ladybirds waking up from their long winter sleep.
